Requirements:
* Female, maximum 25 years old
* Graduated from reputable University
* Bachelor Degree, with minimum GPA: 2.75
* Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
* Fresh graduated are welcome
* Excellent communication skill
* Familiar with MS Office
* Good looking, outgoing, and having pleasant personality

Responsibilities:
* Receiving, circulating, and controlling all documents that have to be signed/ approved by segment head
* Making & follow up minutes of meeting
* Arranging segment head’s daily schedules (appointments and meetings)
* Handling a soft copy of meeting documentation
* Handling travel arrangement (flight, accommodation, itinerary and traveling plan)


Workplace: Jakarta
