FIELD COLLECTOR MANAGER
(Kode: FCM-CMM)
Kualifikasi Khusus:
• Pendidikan Minimal S-1 (Segala Jurusan)
• Diutamakan Pria dengan usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Memiliki pengalaman di bagian collection 1-2 tahun
• Pernah menjadi supervisor dan memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik.
• Target Oriented dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan.
Uraian Pekerjaan:
• Melakukan aktifitas dan produktifitas collection dengan mengkoordinasikan Field collection dibawah supervisinya berdasarkan area yang telah ditentukan untuk memaksimalkan pencapaian target amount collected.
• Mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis dengan mengatur dan mengendalikan aktifitas dan produktifitas collection di lingkup tanggung jawabnya untuk memperkecil credit cost dan delinquency rate dan memaksimalkan Repayment rate.
• Mengatur aktivitas collection untuk team collection dibawahnya, dari tingkat Team Leader sampai Field Collector sesuai lingkup tanggung jawabnya
• Melakukan validasi Standart Operasional secara rutin untuk memperkecil terjadinya perbedaan persepsi antara kebijakan yang ada dengan pelaksanaan di lapangan sesuai dengan lingkup tanggung jawabnya.
